Frequently asked questions

  • Does working with an independent agent limit my choices? It generally does the opposite. Because we are independent, we can walk you through options from more than one carrier rather than a single company's lineup. What is actually available still depends on your location, eligibility, and the products offered where you live.
  • What information should I have ready? Your ZIP code, who needs coverage, the doctors or prescriptions that matter to you, and a general sense of your budget are enough to start. Please do not send sensitive details like Social Security numbers or medical records through this website.
  • Can you help outside Open Enrollment? Often, yes. Certain life events and certain product types can allow enrollment at other times of the year, and we can also review coverage you already have. Whether you qualify to enroll outside of an annual period depends on your circumstances.
  • Can we meet virtually? Yes. Appointments can be held by phone or video, and paperwork can typically be handled electronically.
